It will know you're new since we don't have your email on our books. The new dog enrollment process will start automatically. You will need to upload your shot records, e-sign our paperwork and schedule a tentative date for an evaluation day as part of the process. We will contact you to discuss your dog and confirm your reservations during the next business day. FOR CURRENT PACK MEMBERS: Click the button below and log in using the email attached to your account, the one you put on your paperwork. You'll be able to request reservations for daycare, boarding, and grooming services from there. Payments and package information will be coming soon. Select your desired services and dates using the menus. We will approve requests the following business day. If you need to add or change the email tied to your account, you can send us an email, call, or let a staff member know during your next visit.

Please note that you need to cancel any reservations that your pup will not be attending. There is a $10 fee per dog after the 3rd daycare no show. For boarding it is half of the boarding costs for ANY day during the booking that we would have been full and able to offer the slot to another dog. Please let us know 24h in advance for boarding stays.

 

Cancellations can be made via email or a phone call. Encouraging accurate booking lets us guarantee as many spots as possible for the dogs that need them.
