Our company was founded over 13 years ago by Julie Sampogna as the first cage free dog daycare and boarding facility in Ellicott City, Maryland. Founded on the belief that dogs should be allowed to follow their natural instincts as part of a pack, Happy Dog provides 100% crate-free play-- 100% of the time.
